Assignment
We are supporting a major retail / consumer player in Poland on a strategic business planning mission.
Management has defined ambitious topline objectives, but now needs to quantify, stress-test and model the operational levers required to deliver the plan.
This is a highly analytical assignment focused on:
- modelling growth scenarios levers
- sizing business levers
- validating assumptions
- translating strategy into numbers
- building a robust business plan grounded in operational reality
The project will examine growth drivers such as:
- store expansion pace / rollout economics
- like-for-like sales improvement
- productivity uplift in existing stores
- assortment / merchandising optimisation
- pricing and promotional elasticity
- e-commerce contribution
- margin implications / operating leverage
- capital deployment / ROI by initiative
Responsibilities
- Structure the business planning workstream
- Define modelling hypotheses
- Challenge management assumptions
- Quantify upside / downside scenarios
- Build steering logic around growth levers
- Translate findings into executive recommendations
- Coordinate analyst support
This is not pure slide strategy consulting.
This is business-model architecture and lever quantification.
Ideal profile
- ex consulting / corporate strategy / transaction services / FP&A leadership
- Polish language native
